• Speak to a family member or close friend

This step need not be hard particularly with over the telephone contacts being 100% confidential. You do not have to give your details or the details of the person you are concerned about, so really you have nothing to lose. There is no reason to feel that you are betraying a person’s trust, you are merely finding out advice and information based on your concern.

Any of the drug contacts that you call will be able to refer you to the hotline or body that is most suitable for your issue.
